DISMANTLING THE GASLIGHT

When they try to edit your reality, let your data speak the truth. Welcome to your sovereignty toolkit.

When you are navigating coercive control or digital surveillance under your own roof, your mind becomes the first battlefield. They will tell you that you're crazy, that you're misremembering, or that the anomalies on your screens are just 'glitches.'

But server logs don’t have an attitude, they don't take sides, and they cannot lie. Today, we are taking the heavy, chaotic noise of digital intrusion and boiling it down into pure, observable facts. This space is your sanctuary—a collection of clean, logical, and actionable resources to help you audit your devices, reclaim your name, and stand on solid, un-gaslightable ground.

How to Build Your "Book of Facts"

The exact methodological roadmap to turn digital chaos into courtroom-ready truth.

When I was fighting to verify my own reality, I realized that arguing verbal claims with an off-grid operator was a circular, exhausting trap. I stopped debating words. Instead, I taught myself how to extract backend database logs and let the cryptography do the talking.

Here is the exact 4-step framework I used—and that you can use right now—to organize your digital defense:

Step 1: Ingest the Raw Data (The Harvest)

Do not rely on what is displayed on the screen. Intruders can use custom interface masking scripts to hide their tracks. Request official, server-side data exports (Google Takeout, Facebook Archive, Snapchat Takeouts). These raw JSON and CSV tables are the permanent, un-deletable system footprints.

Step 2: Establish the Forensic Baseline (The Hard Line)

Identify a clean, verified date and time when you had absolute physical sovereignty over your devices. Use this as your 'Hard Line.' Every entry, device session, or registry change after this date must be scrutinized under a strict delta analysis (comparing what should be there versus what actually is).

Step 3: Separate Human Logs from System Noise

A phone's operating system generates millions of lines of automated clutter (CSS code, image caching, driver workarounds). Do not panic when you see code blocks. Isolate the human-driven events: manual password changes, browser searches for 'bypassing recovery phone,' third-party app authorizations (like Burner or Feeld), and IP address geolocation mismatches.

Step 4: Chronological Indexing (The Proof Matrix)

Map every verified anomaly onto a linear calendar. Put the date, the exact millisecond timestamp, the physical node (where you actually were), and the corresponding server-side file receipt side-by-side. This turns scattered screenshots into an unshakeable, courtroom-ready portfolio.

The 60-Second Security Hardening Audit

Check your settings. Revoke the bridges. Take your sovereignty back.

Active Session Check

Go to myaccount.google.com/device-activity. Scroll through every logged-in phone, browser, and hardware terminal. If you see unrecognized models—or duplicate SM-S916U signatures—hit 'Sign Out' on every single device to invalidate active security session tokens.

OAuth App Permissions

Navigate to myaccount.google.com/connections. Audit all authorized third-party applications. Revoke access immediately for unrecognized virtual line routing, alternative social platforms, or private storage vault apps.

Silent Email Forwarding

Open Gmail on a desktop browser. Click Settings > See all settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP. Ensure no hidden recovery or forwarding email addresses are copying your security alerts and routing them directly to archive or trash.

Account Supervision Check

Go to g.co/YourFamily. Check if your personal profile has been nested as a 'Child' or 'supervised' account within an unrecognized Family Group. If parental controls or device filters are active, they must be unlinked at the developer level.
